Metrovacesa completes the structure of Malaga Towers – Vision with 83% of the homes marketed

• The developer has just completed construction work on the Vision Tower structure and estimates that the works will be completed in 2026.

• The project includes improvements to the surrounding area to revitalise the area, such as the restructuring of the pavement, public squares, pedestrian access, landscaped areas and children’s playgrounds.

• Of the first building in the project, the Living Tower, 96% of the units have already been delivered and has been awarded Outstanding Real Estate Project 2024.

Malaga, 26th November 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 developments under development nationwide, has reached 83% of the commercialisation of Málaga Towers – Vision. The developer has just completed the structural work on the building and is progressing with the construction of the interior of the homes and communal areas of the development.

The Vision Tower development, which has required an investment of approximately 75 million euros, is progressing according to plan since the project was announced. The developer confirms that construction work is expected to be completed in 2025.

The Vision Tower is 21 storeys high and has 73 multi-family dwellings of between 1 and 4 bedrooms with multiple communal areas. These include three swimming pools, two outdoor and one heated, a spa, gym, coworking and audiovisual room, as well as a children’s playroom.

This tower belongs to the iconic Metrovacesa Málaga Towers project, which redefines the skyline of the city of Málaga. The complex, designed by architect Carlos Lamela, is characterised by a privileged orientation and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, with an avant-garde and functional design line as distinguishing features.

In addition to the construction of these buildings, Metrovacesa is committed to revitalising the area in which they are located. To this end, the developer has included in the project various actions, from the improvement and restructuring of the pavement, to the creation of public squares and spaces for all citizens with a surface area of 12,887.69 m2. These works include pedestrian accesses, landscaped spaces and children’s playgrounds, resulting in an improvement in the development’s surroundings.

Málaga Towers Living, awarded as Outstanding Real Estate Project 2024

The first building of the project, Torre Living, has 71 units delivered and the developer expects all of them to be deeded by the end of this year.

Recently, this project has been awarded as Outstanding Real Estate Project 2024 by the jury of the 11th edition of the Andalucía Inmobiliaria magazine awards.

Torre Living, whose development required an investment of 73.6 million euros, is made up of 71 multi-family homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms and also has communal spaces, similar to those of Torre Vision, commercial premises and offices.
