  • Metrovacesa consolidates its position as one of the developers with the largest residential footprint in the Malaga market, where it already has 19 developments.
  • Among the 15 developments that can be found at the show, Malaga Towers or Tiara stand out, which will help to position Malaga as a destination at the forefront in terms of urban planning and new-build housing.

Malaga, October 10, 2022. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, will be present at the 18th edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED), the leading real estate event for the residential sector in southern Spain and the Costa del Sol. In total, the developer will present 15 new developments with a total of more than 300 homes distributed in the provinces of Malaga and Almeria. This edition, which opens next Thursday, November 10 and will last until Saturday, November 12, will offer attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and challenges of the real estate market and, in particular, Metrovacesa’s residential footprint in the area.

Metrovacesa will bring to this real estate event a giant interactive model that will present Malaga Towers Vision, the development that is already being marketed in the metaverse. The exhibition will be through a very innovative technological system that will allow to enter the homes and know even the smallest detail of the promotion through a digital showroom. In this sense, the assistants will have the possibility of knowing this promotion as it exists in the metaverse, where Metrovascesa has been a pioneer by becoming one of the first real estate companies to be present.

The 15 projects presented by Metrovacesa are distributed in several municipalities of Malaga and Almeria, as is the case of Itamar and Residencial Aria. In the city of Malaga, Malaga Towers-Living and Malaga Towers-Vision, located in C/Pacífico, stand out. Also present will be areas of the province where primary residences are more important, such as Torremolinos, with Residencial Alamar, and Torre del Mar, with Adhara F2. Likewise, the remaining 10 developments will be located in other coastal towns with a greater tourist influx and more focused on second homes: Estepona (Serenity Collection, Serene Atalaya Phase 2 and Oceana Gardens, Oceana Views and Oceana Collection), Manilva (Blue View Heights), Marbella (Medblue Los Monteros, Medblue II and Venere Marbella) and Benahavís (Tiara).

All these developments are developed under the highest standards of quality and innovation, have an exclusive design and are located in the best areas of the Costa del Sol.

The Costa del Sol, a strategic enclave for the real estate sector

The province of Malaga and its coast represent a firm commitment within Metrovacesa’s business plan. Currently, the developer has 24 active promotions distributed between Malaga and Almeria, which means a total of almost 1,200 new homes. Undoubtedly, the Costa del Sol has historically been a very attractive enclave for the real estate sector, and continues to be so. In addition to having a unique environment, it has a great cultural and artistic heritage that attracts thousands of national and international tourists every year.
