Sevilla, 23 February 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 150 projects under development nationwide, is once again participating in the tenth edition of Welcome Home Sevilla 2024, which will take place on 23 and 24 February at the NH COLLECTION hotel from 10am to 8pm on both days of the event. The real estate show, organised by ABC Sevilla, has established itself as the event of the year in the real estate sector and a meeting point for the main companies in the industry.
Throughout the event, the companies will have the opportunity to present their new developments in the Andalusian capital, as well as their proposals for the future in terms of urban planning and housing. In addition, a wide-ranging catalogue of new free-standing and subsidised housing will be on display. Private visitors to the real estate fair will also have the opportunity to connect with qualified experts in the property market.
As a leading developer in the industry and main sponsor of the event, Metrovacesa will be present at the fair with a spectacular stand, to provide not only the experience of its professionals, but also to offer visitors information about its projects in Seville, mainly the various Isla Natura developments in Palmas Altas and Torremagna in the former Cruz Campo factory.
The conception and development of the Isla Natura sustainable neighbourhood in Palmas Altas, shows the developer’s firm commitment to the Andalusian capital, developing up to 15 projects, of which 57% of the homes have been sold in the last two years.
With this Smart City model, Metrovacesa has developed homes adapted to the needs of future residents. In free housing, it offers both multi-family homes in Residencial K2, Residencial Aneto, Residencial Etna, Residencial Navacerrada, Torre Arenal, Residencial Teide and Residencial Himalaya; and single-family homes in Villas del Támesis, Villas del Tíber, Villas del Sena and Villas del Nilo. In terms of multi-family subsidised housing, Metrovacesa offers the Sierra de Cazorla, Sierra Morena, Sierra Nevada and Sierra de Aracena residential developments.
In addition, the developer is also present in areas such as the former Cruz Campo factory, next to the Nervión, with its Torremagna residential project, an urban complex with efficiency certifications and the use of sustainable elements.
In the words of Antonio Gil, Metrovacesa’s regional director in Western Andalusia, “Seville is an idyllic setting to promote property development. As a capital city, the diverse influx of newcomers encourages us to conceive projects that cover different needs, both in the city centre and in the outer ring of the city”.
