Metrovacesa participates in the constitution of the Compensation Board for the development of the Mondragones barracks project in Granada.

• Metrovacesa, the Consejería de Fomento, Articulación del Territorio y Vivienda, through the Agencia de Vivienda y Rehabilitación de Andalucía (AVRA) have officially constituted the Junta de Compensación for the development of the Mondragones barracks project in Granada.

• The event, in which our CEO Jorge Pérez de Leza took part, represents the main step to proceed with the urbanisation works.

Granada, 19 July 2023. Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, together with the Regional Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing, through the Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA) have officially established the Compensation Board for the development of the Mondragones barracks project in Granada. This will allow the completion of the last wall of the Andalusian city, which will link the districts of Doctores and La Cruz. Thanks to the Granada City Council and the Agency of Housing and Rehabilitation of Andalusia for the trust and contracting of the urbanisation works on the land because, without a doubt, it will be a historic change for the area and in which Metrovacesa will carry out a new residential development.
