Metrovacesa starts the commercialization of two new buildings in Manresa with the Nova Alcoholera development

Barcelona, October 10th 2022. Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, starts the commercialization of a new development in Manresa, where it already has 234 homes. Nova Alcoholera will be the new residential complex created by the developer, for which it has earmarked 20 million euros.

Nova Alcoholera will consist of two buildings with 98 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. It will have a basement floor for parking spaces for cars and motorcycles and storage rooms. The first floors will be used as entrances to the homes and commercial premises, linked to the open public space around the perimeter. The interior of the development is spacious and has a modern and avant-garde style, and its design has been carried out by the Farrés-Frias architectural firm, which has extensive experience both in the development of urban plans and in residential developments in Barcelona Capital and the rest of Catalonia.

The complex will be integrated with the old chimney of the liquor factory, a cultural asset of local interest located in the center of Manresa, next to a large commercial area. Specifically, Nova Alcoholera will be located at the confluence of Carretera de Santpedor and Calle Sant Antoni Maria Claret, next to Plaza Bonavista.

This launch also contributes to the rehabilitation plan of the façade of the old Alcoholera factory and the existing chimney on the site. In this sense, the project is expected to be integrated into the public spaces of the area and promote a new residential landscape in Manresa.
