Metrovacesa will invest more than 18.8 million euros for the launch of Torre Arenal, its new development in Seville.

Seville, 28 July 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history, has begun marketing Torre Arenal, a new real estate project located in the sustainable neighbourhood of Palmas Altas, south of Los Bermejales, covering 67 hectares on the left bank of the Guadaíra River, in a large corridor that will form part of the city’s green ring.

Torre Arenal is a project comprising 73 multi-family dwellings with between 1 and 4 bedrooms. The development has been designed with a new lifestyle in mind. All the homes have large rooms and spaces where orientation and sunlight have been essential factors to achieve the best comfort. The living rooms and many kitchens open onto terraces to increase the feeling of spaciousness.
