Over the three days of the event, from Thursday 7th to Saturday 9th November, more than 200 companies and organisations will take part in the event.
In this edition of the event, which is now in its twentieth year, the developer will present up to 12 projects at stand E1 in different locations in the province of Malaga, which translates into more than 350 new homes on the Costa del Sol.
In this way, the developer arrives at this edition of SIMED with developments created to respond to the needs of future residents, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and growing environmental awareness. In the Malaga capital, the Málaga Towers Vision developments on Avenida Molière stand out, as well as Zitizen in the Zeta district. Along the Malaga coast, the developer offers other developments in multiple areas such as Medblue III in Marbella, Abril in Casares, Tiara in Benahavís and Calma Mijas in Mijas.
