Metrovacesa obtains building permit for its new development, Residencial Vesta, in Asturias

Asturias, 12 February 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 projects under development nationwide, has obtained planning permission for the development of its new Vesta development. This modern project to be located in a new neighbourhood in the Asturian capital, Oviedo, offers a unique opportunity to live in one of the most promising areas of the city.
