Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 114 projects under development nationwide, attended the 20th edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED) in Malaga. Throughout the three days of the event, from Thursday 7th to Saturday 9th November, more than 200 companies and organisations took part in the event.
In this edition of the event, which is now in its twentieth year, the developer presented up to 12 projects in different locations in the province of Malaga, which translates into more than 350 new homes on the Costa del Sol.
In this way, the developer arrived at this edition of SIMED with developments created to meet the needs of future residents, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and growing environmental awareness. Its developments incorporate advanced systems for an efficient and responsible use of resources, together with certifications that endorse its commitment to sustainable building.
In the capital city of Malaga, the developments Málaga Towers Vision on Avenida Molière and Zitizen in the Zeta neighbourhood stand out. On the Malaga coast, the developer offers other developments in multiple areas such as Medblue III in Marbella, Abril in Casares, Tiara in Benahavís and Calma Mijas in Mijas. The company’s main activity is concentrated in Estepona, with projects under construction such as Symphony Suites F1 and F2, Serenity Gardens and Serene Atalaya F2 and F3, as well as completed projects such as Oceana Gardens I and I.
