Madrid, May 24, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, will be present at the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), the reference real estate event for the residential sector in Spain. Specifically, the developer will present more than 7 new developments that make up a total of more than 474b homes distributed in the communities of Madrid, Valencia and Andalusia. This edition, which opens next Wednesday, May 24th and will last until Saturday 27th, will offer the attendees the possibility of knowing in depth and first hand some of the most outstanding promotions that Metrovacesa has in the national territory.
The largest event in the real estate sector will bring together nearly 300 exhibitors and national and international partners and thousands of visitors, professionals and the general public, to discuss and analyze current events and trends in a sector that is key to the smooth running of the economy.
In this edition, the show’s program is marked by innovation and new trends, as the sector’s main challenges. As it could not be otherwise, Metrovacesa will attend with one of its most representative initiatives of its commitment to innovation, Malaga Towers. In this sense, the attendees will have the opportunity to get to know this development as it exists in the metaverse, where Metrovacesa has been a pioneer by becoming one of the first real estate companies to be present.
The more than 7 projects presented by Metrovacesa are distributed in the Community of Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Benicassim and Malaga. In Madrid, we will be able to find Mesena 80, a 92-home project located in Arturo Soria which, in fact, will be presented with a large interactive model and, on the other hand, Azahara, both in the marketing phase, which consists of 94 homes and is located in Valdemoro. In addition, the developer will present its next developments in the community, which are being developed in the areas of Pozuelo, Madrid, Getafe and Valdemoro.
As for the offer from the Comunidad Valenciana, SIMA will feature Thalassa and Adamar, two developments in Alicante with a total of 99 homes, Villas del Mar, the Benicassim project with 18 single-family homes, and Residencial Izar, the emblematic new construction project in Valencia Capital with 98 homes that will begin deliveries in the second half of 2025.
Finally, the city of Málaga will also be present, where Metrovacesa has been accumulating an undisputed leadership in recent years. On this occasion, the developer has opted for one of its most outstanding projects at national level, Malaga Towers located on Calle Pacifico in Malaga city.
