Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 115 projects under development nationwide, has obtained planning permission for phases I and II of Atria, an exclusive residential complex in La Alcaidesa, Cadiz. With a planned investment of 52 million euros for both phases, this project will offer a total of 144 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, each with a large terrace, parking space and storage room.
