Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of experience, has started work on ZITIZEN I and II, two avant-garde residential projects with a modern design located in Malaga’s ZITIZEN District. With an investment of 42.6 million euros, both phases will have 157 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, the first phase with 51 homes and the second with 106 homes, representing a firm commitment to a modern, sustainable and high quality housing model.
