Metrovacesa opens the doors of Mesena 80 to its first residents

Madrid, 18 December 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading property developer, has begun handing over Mesena 80, a residential complex comprising 96 homes located in the Pinar del Rey neighbourhood (Hortaleza), one of the areas with the greatest urban development potential in north-east Madrid. The project, with an investment of €61.9 million, consists of two seven-storey buildings and comprises homes with between one and four bedrooms, all equipped with a parking space and storage room.
