- Jardins de Can Gambús consists of two seven-storey buildings with 60 multi-family dwellings.

Barcelona, 02 March 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history, begins delivery of the Jardins de Can Gambús residential development, located in the main expansion area of Sabadell. The developer, which has invested 13.2 million euros in the development of the project, has recorded an excellent pace of marketing with more than 90% of homes sold.
This development consists of 60 multi-family homes spread over two seven-storey buildings. The homes have between two and four bedrooms, ranging in size from 73m2 to 130m2 and all have terraces of between 5m2 and 41m2, as well as a garage and storage room. The communal areas include a garden area, with a children’s play area and an outdoor swimming pool.
Jardins de Can Gambús is located in a quiet residential area, opposite Parc Can Gambús, the second largest park in Sabadell with 13 hectares of gardens. It is also very well communicated with the National 150 and the Vallés motorway, with easy access to the main services in the area, such as schools, hospitals, shopping centres, bus lines, trains, Sabadell airport and 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona.
Following the same line as in other Metrovacesa projects, Jardins de Can Gambús complies with the principles of energy efficiency and sustainability, including LED lighting in the common areas, solar panels or technical roofs with thermal insulation.
With this project, Metrovacesa reinforces its commitment to the residential market in Catalonia, where it currently offers more than 1,456 new homes, distributed in 21 developments. Together with Aire 9 and Tetuán, Jardins de Can Gambús is Metrovacesa’s third development in Sabadell, where it offers 185 new homes.
