Barcelona, 13 January 2021. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history, is making progress in the development of its first residential development for the town of Manresa, Mirador de Montserrat. The inauguration of its show flat located in the same development will provide a first-hand look at all the details of the homes. The pilot show flat will thus complete the previous experience for interested customers and will provide further information at the point of sale with showroom and sample of materials that the company has available at 52, Guifré el Pelòs street.

This development will have 62 multi-family homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, ranging from 77 m2 to 138 m2, distributed in two buildings. The complex will also have a communal swimming pool, large gardens, children’s play area and garage.

Mirador de Montserrat, which has aroused great interest among local residents, is offering the possibility of visiting the show flat in one of its buildings to find out all about the last remaining homes currently available. Metrovacesa has already pre-sold approximately 60% of the development. The developer also offers the possibility of a 360º guided virtual tour of the homes without the need for customers to leave their homes.

Metrovacesa will invest more than 14 million euros in the development of this project, which will be completed in March.

Mirador de Montserrat is located in the north of Manresa, in an exceptional location with unbeatable views of the Montserrat massif, and very close to the Torre d’en Vinyes park, next to the University and near the Parc de l’Agulla. The residential complex has an original and contemporary design, the work of the Barcelona studio Trias de Bes Arquitectura, which has extensive experience both in the development of urban plans and in residential developments in Barcelona city and the rest of Catalonia.

With the construction of this new project, Metrovacesa reinforces its commitment to the province of Barcelona, where the developer currently has 14 other projects underway. Including Mirador de Montserrat, all of them add up to a total of 1,010 new-build homes that seek to respond to the current residential demand.
