Metrovacesa begins the delivery of the first homes in the BENALUA SUR neighbourhood, culminating the management of this important sector in the city of Alicante

Alicante, 14 May 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 141 projects under development nationwide, begins the delivery phase of Adamar, which has 54 multi-family homes. For this project, the developer has made an investment of approximately 13.4 million euros.

Edificio Adamar is one of the five projects highlighted by the developer in the province. Designed by TCH Arquitectura, a firm with outstanding experience, it consists of 54 multi-family dwellings with between 2 and 4 bedrooms. All of them with terraces and bright rooms, with access to a garage and parking area, as well as a private outdoor swimming pool on the roof of the building.

The design of the building has been conceived to adapt to the current preferences and needs, the orography of the plot, as well as the comfort of the future tenants. For the satisfaction of the users, the main interior finishes in the dwellings have been customised.

Metrovacesa suma ya una fuerte presencia en Alicante, con un despliegue de 5 promociones activas y cerca de 300 viviendas en comercialización en la propia Ciudad de Alicante y en Sant Joan d’Alacant, dónde también se está entregando en el ámbito de Nou Nazareth, otra promoción de 89 viviendas. La apuesta de la promotora por Levante reafirma su consideración como polo estratégico para la promoción inmobiliaria.

En estes sentido, la promotora continúa incrementando su oferta y satisfaciendo la demanda de estas zonas tan tensionadas. En la actualidad, en propio barrio de Benalúa Sur, además del proyecto de Adamar, Metrovacesa cuenta con dos promociones en fase de construcción, Thalassa y Aelia, que suman 93 viviendas plurifamiliares. Se prevé que estos dos residenciales que se distinguen por la calidad de sus diseños ase entreguen en 2025 y 2026 respectivamente.

The developer’s commitment to Levante reaffirms its consideration as a strategic pole for property development.

In this sense, the developer continues to increase its offer and to satisfy the demand in these highly stressed areas. At present, in the Benalúa Sur neighbourhood itself, in addition to the Adamar project, Metrovacesa has two developments under construction, Thalassa and Aelia, with a total of 93 multi-family homes.
