Valencia, November th, 2022. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has already started the construction of Residencial Aurada and Residencial Chopin, two developments in Puerto de Sagunto, for which Metrovacesa has invested close to 18.5 million euros. It is estimated that the delivery of homes will begin at the end of 2024.
On the one hand, Residencial Aurada is a residential complex of 78 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with double orientation, large terraces, swimming pool, gardens, playground, storage rooms and garage. The project stands out for its location, in a quiet neighborhood, with all kinds of services nearby such as health centers, stores, bank offices, bus stops and a wide range of restaurants and leisure facilities to enjoy the maximum comfort of one of the most attractive areas of the city.

Residencial Chopin, on the other hand, has 22 semi-detached single-family homes distributed over three floors, with 4 to 6 bedrooms, with a surface area of 145 m2. In addition, the residential complex has terraced roofs, areas with private landscaping possibilities, garage space on the first floor, communal swimming pool and children’s play area.

Both projects are located just 15 minutes from the center of Sagunto and 25km from the city of Valencia. What most characterizes them is their proximity to both the beach and the mountains, with ample natural spaces for rest and leisure.

Metrovacesa, in its commitment to sustainability, is committed to the development of both promotions with firm criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency, reduction of CO2 emissions and energy consumption. The residential buildings have a B-B energy rating, insulation and carpentry with glazing that complies with the climatic regulatory requirements. In addition, they incorporate an aerothermal hot water production system that stands out for its high energy efficiency.

The developer has entrusted Ferrovial with the contract for both projects, a leading national construction company that has already built 294 Metrovacesa homes in Quart de Poblet. As for the architectural design, Arturo Roldán’s team has been in charge of Residencial Aurada and the AIC studio of Residencial Chopin, both regular collaborators of the company and experts in the area, as well as in the needs of future users.

Solid commitment to Sagunto

The developer continues with its firm commitment to Sagunto, where it has already delivered 182 homes in the last four years, of which 139 are multi-family homes and 43 are single-family homes.

With these two new projects, Metrovacesa reinforces its presence in the municipality, where it already has 6 new developments. In addition to Aurada and Chopin, the construction of Residencial Beethoven is being completed, whose homes are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. In addition, during this summer Metrovacesa has reached 100% of the sales of Residencial Aida, another 88 homes in the locality.

The Valencian Community is, without a doubt, a strategic enclave within the company’s business plan. Metrovacesa has 15 active new developments in Valencia and offers more than 1,000 new homes, with several Built to Rent projects underway, responding to the demand for new housing in the region.
