Puig, 02 July 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 115 projects under development nationwide, is launching Marella Puig, its new single-family housing development in Valencia. The developer anticipates an investment of 6.9 million euros for its development, estimating that the delivery of these homes will begin in the second half of 2026.

The Marella residential development has 19 single-family homes, 18 of them semi-detached and 1 detached. The units, with a constructed surface area starting at 183 square metres, are distributed over three floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite. In addition to a garage and additional storage space on the ground floor, the homes include a terrace from 27.3 square metres and an outdoor garden.

The development has been designed by Banacloig, which has a long track record in the Valencia area. The homes have been conceived to provide a feeling of spaciousness and light, through the open layout of its rooms and modernity, through the finishes and materials that will be used in the construction.

In order to provide extra comfort to the future inhabitants of Marella, Metrovacesa offers a very comprehensive personalisation system to buyers. This package includes everything from aesthetic elements, such as kitchen and bathroom finishes, to functional facilities, such as a swimming pool in the garden or an additional bathroom on the third floor attic.

Energy-certified homes

The developer applies the highest sustainability standards to its homes. Residencial Marella is qualified as a Sustainable Building by the Green Seal, in addition to Metrovacesa’s own DOMUM Seal. The homes, which have A-A ratings for energy consumption and emissions, are designed with efficiency in mind. For this reason, they include elements such as clean energy generation facilities, the possibility of installing chargers for electric vehicles, state-of-the-art insulation and aerothermal installations.

As well as sustainability, innovation is a key pillar. Proof of this is the possibility of installing home automation systems for the best functionality of the home or the use of latest generation materials throughout the construction process.

El Puig de Santa María, a home facing the sea

Metrovacesa has traditionally been present in the Valencian Community, in Valencia, Castellón and Alicante.

Marella is the developer’s first residential development in El Puig de Santa María, just 20 kilometres from the Valencian capital. Located on the beachfront, 10 minutes by transport from the city centre, the development is set in a natural setting that encompasses the Mediterranean Sea and the Serra Calderona Natural Park.

This location has easy access to the natural landscape that surrounds the development, as well as to the services of Puig and to Valencia itself, with all the incentives that Valencia offers as a city.
