Metrovacesa starts the sale of the second phase of Residencial Ancor II, on the coast of Abades (Tenerife)

Metrovacesa, a leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history, has started the commercialization of the second phase of its Residencial Ancor development, a residential project located in the municipality of Arico, on the coast of Abades, in Tenerife. The company will invest 10.8 million euros in the development of this residential complex, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

This new extension of the project, of which nearly 75% of the first phase has already been sold, will comprise 66 new-build homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and sizes starting at 52.5 square meters of interior living space for the 1-bedroom homes. This development stands out, in addition to its incomparable setting with sea views and extensive beaches, for its avant-garde and modern design. The project will have a communal swimming pool, solarium, gym and communal gardens. The location of this development is one of its strong points, as it is just 20 minutes away from the island’s tourist resorts such as Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, which are in great demand for new-build homes by national and international clients. Practically the vast majority of the homes will have sea views, those that do not, towards the landscaped areas of the urbanization itself and a few meters from the sandy beach of Abades.
