Málaga, April 18, 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, is launching a new development in Cancelada, one of the best areas of Estepona’s New Golden Mile. Symphony Suites Phase 1 is an exclusive residential complex of 41 homes for which the developer plans to invest 13.5 million euros.

The Symphony Suites homes are distributed over 4 floors, mostly duplexes, with 2 and 3 bedrooms with terraces and/or gardens, as well as penthouses with solariums. All homes will have storage room and garage, and in most of them you can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea. It also has a swimming pool, access to an equipped indoor gym, an outdoor sports area, two petanque courts and an exclusive Club House in Cancelada.

One of the most relevant aspects of the complex is its architectural layout and its orientation, as most of the homes have unobstructed views of the sea, even on the first floor, as some of them are duplexes.
