Metrovacesa begins delivery of its development in Estepona, Serene Atalaya 1.1

Malaga, 2 September 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading property developer with over 100 years of history, has begun delivery of Serene Atalaya 1.1, a residential complex comprising 33 semi-detached three-bedroom villas with the option of a solarium and basement, and floor areas ranging from 124 square metres. The homes, designed by the Maíz & Díaz studio, have been designed to optimise comfort, light and privacy, and are located on a west-facing hillside offering panoramic views.

The residential complex is located next to the Atalaya Golf & Country Club, close to shopping areas and Puerto Banús, ensuring good connections to the main points of interest on the Costa del Sol. The communal facilities include a swimming pool, private garage, equipped kitchen and air conditioning, and the development has a B energy rating for both consumption and CO₂ emissions.
