Metrovacesa completes the structure of the Living Tower and starts the works of the Vision Tower

Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has announced the completion of the construction works of the structure of the 21 floors of one of the residential towers of its Málaga Towers project, so that these first homes will be delivered at the end of next year. Likewise, the developer started the works of Torre Vision last October, the second tower belonging to Metrovacesa, which will be delivered to customers in 2025.

The marketing of this project has aroused great commercial interest both nationally and abroad since it was launched on the market, as it is an emblematic development in a city with great interest in and demand for new-build housing. In this sense, of the Living Tower, of which the structure has already been built, there are only less than a dozen homes available out of the total of 71 homes available, thus exceeding 90% of sales, and in the case of the Vision Tower, 47% of sales have already been reached and sales are expected to accelerate after the start of construction.

This development is located in a very consolidated area of Malaga and on the beachfront, which makes it possible to enjoy sea views from the property. It also stands out for its location, just a few minutes from the city center, the train station and the airport.

This project is one of the most important urban developments for the city at the moment and once completed in its entirety, the project will mean a significant change in the city’s skyline. This residential development will comprise a total of 213 spacious homes of up to 404 m2, with large terraces overlooking the Malaga coastline, distributed in three exclusively designed towers.
