Metrovacesa launches an exclusive advisory service that selects the homes that best adapt to the customer’s financial profile

  • The personal advisor will provide the customer with a free-of-charge explanation about the latter’s financial solvency and will inform them about the properties that best dovetail with their financial capacities
  • It will also be possible to meet with the marketer of the development and with the manager of the bank funding the developer loan, reducing time and paperwork for the customer

 

Madrid, 12 February 2019 Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, has launched a new exclusive and personalised advisory service for its customer in partnership with the proptech company Garantify. This unique and innovative initiative once again serves to strengthen Metrovacesa’s position in the sector, as it is the first developer in the market to offer this service.

The initiative will allow customers interested in Metrovacesa homes to get detailed information about their financial solvency from a personal advisor and receive customised advice on the properties that best adapt to their financial capacity and needs.

The alliance with Garantify, an independent company specialised in conducting solvency studies and certificates for housing rental and mortgage applications, provides Metrovacesa customers with a financial scoring within 24 to 48 hours. Once the solvency certificate has been issued, the personal advisor contacts the customer to explain the findings in detail and steer them towards finding the property that best suits their needs. Subsequently, if the customer wishes, the personal advisor can arrange a meeting with the marketer of the development of interest and with the manager of the bank funding the developer loan.

Thanks to this service, the process of buying a home is made easier, gaining efficiency, as it reduces time and resources. On the one hand, the customer receives 100% personalised quality advice, without the need to meet each of the players involved in the process individually.

At the same time, Metrovacesa is also beginning to build the project in Alastria, a national consortium that creates the first digital identity with blockchain technology.
