Malaga, 10 February 2020. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has obtained planning permission to build a new real estate project in Marbella, Malaga. Obtaining this licence, which is a milestone for the company, will allow the developer to start construction work on this important project.
For the development of Venere Marbella, which will begin construction in the last half of 2021, the developer will allocate a total of 23 million euros, including the cost of the land. The residential development is located close to the La Romana Urbanisation and the Cabopino Golf Course, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Marbella, just 15 minutes’ walk from Cabopino beach and the Artola Dunes trail.
The development will be made up of six blocks totalling 44 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, ranging in size from 123m2 to 173m2, and consisting mainly of ground floor apartments with gardens and penthouses with solariums and private swimming pools.
The homes, designed by architect Ismael Mérida, will be located in exceptional orientations surrounded by native vegetation and will have swimming pools and water features that give the project a unique and exclusive design. Furthermore, the owners of these homes will be able to enjoy large gardens, a spa and gym in the communal areas, and will have parking spaces and storage rooms at their disposal.
