Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for ARO Residences, its new project on the Costa Brava

Girona, 26 May 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over 100 years of experience and more than 115 projects under development nationwide, has obtained planning permission for ARO Residences, a new development located next to Parc dels Estanys, in the centre of Platja d’Aro, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

The project involves an investment of approximately 20.5 million euros and the construction of 82 homes in five blocks, organised around a large communal area with a swimming pool, green areas and children’s playground. The homes, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, will offer different typologies adapted to the needs of their future residents: from ground floors with gardens to penthouses with terraces at living room level, as well as high-rise flats with terraces and different orientations.
