Green light for Residencial Vora, Metrovacesa’s new development in Turianova
  • Metrovacesa activates an investment of 25.7 million euros to build 98 homes in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Valencia.
  • The development is taking place in a context of strong residential demand in the province.
  • Turianova is consolidating its role as a new urban hub in the south of the city, driven by population growth and demand for permanent housing.

Valencia, March 23, 2026. Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history in Spain, has obtained the building permit to begin construction of Residencial Vora, its new development in the Turianova neighborhood in Valencia. The granting of the municipal permit allows the activation of an investment of 25.7 million euros and to move forward with the development of 98 new homes.

“Obtaining the license allows us to move forward with a project that responds to a solid residential demand in Valencia. Turianova is today one of the areas with the greatest projection in the city and we believe that it will continue to concentrate a large part of the urban growth in the coming years,” said David Martínez Cervera, manager of developments in the Levante branch of Metrovacesa.

The development comes at a time of high pressure on the Valencian residential market. According to the latest analysis of the Metrovacesa R3search initiative, the province has exceeded 1.11 million homes after adding 12,000 new families in the last year, while in the last four years nearly 47,000 more homes have been formed than have been started in new construction, an imbalance that is tightening supply and putting pressure on prices.

In this scenario, Residencial Vora will comprise 98 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with the possibility of a parking space and storage room, mainly oriented towards the demand for permanent housing. The project includes a communal swimming pool, landscaped areas and a children’s playground, as well as personalization options through the Choose Your Look program.

The development is part of the process of consolidation of Turianova as a new residential enclave in the south of Valencia, an area that concentrates part of the recent demographic growth and benefits from its connection to the main access roads and its proximity to educational, health and commercial facilities.

In terms of sustainability, the project incorporates high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation, exterior carpentry with thermal bridge break and double glazing, with the aim of improving energy efficiency and the interior comfort of the homes.
