Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with over a hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, begins the marketing of Serenity Gardens, 106 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms in Estepona, Malaga. A development with outstanding communal areas such as a beach volleyball court, meditation area, spa, gym and putting green for which an investment of 23.2 million euros is planned.

Located 15 minutes walk from La Galera beach and 20 minutes from Bahia Dorada beach, Serenity Gardens offers 106 2 and 3 bedroom homes with terrace, underground garage and storage room spread over two phases. A complete residential complex with easy road access to the main services such as supermarkets, schools and pharmacies located in the town centre of the municipality.

Under a contemporary design, Serenity Gardens distributes in five blocks distributed in two phases its 106 homes, as well as the communal areas.
