Metrovacesa begins construction of Abora, 138 new homes in Adeje

• Metrovacesa is promoting Abora, an exclusive complex of 138 homes located in Playa Paraíso, in the municipality of Adeje.

Tenerife, 8 January 2026. Metrovacesa, a property developer with over a hundred years of history, has begun work on Abora, its new residential project on the Costa Adeje. The complex, located in one of the most sought-after areas in south-west Tenerife, reinforces the developer’s commitment to high-value locations in the archipelago and marks a new milestone in its expansion on the islands.

The development will involve an investment of €55.97 million and will consist of 138 multi-family homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, distributed across a modern five-storey building. The homes, which are up to 200 square metres in size, stand out for their large terraces facing the ocean, as well as for including a garage and storage room in all their types. The project also includes a series of communal areas designed to promote well-being, including a swimming pool and gym.

Designed by the Makin Molowny Portela Arquitectos studio, Abora is located just 200 metres from the sea, in the heart of Playa Paraíso, an area in constant evolution that combines luxury hotels, shopping areas, gastronomic offerings and direct access to natural spaces.
