Málaga, June 15, 2026. Metrovacesa, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers with over a century of history, has completed construction of Tiara, its exclusive residential project located in Benahavís, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The development, which represents a total investment of 45.7 million euros, consists of 56 three- and four-bedroom homes distributed across seven buildings, each with two units per floor, situated on the hills of the Valle del Golf.

The development is currently in the final stages of sales, with only three exclusive homes remaining available for purchase.

“With the completion of Tiara, we are bringing to a close one of the most unique residential projects developed by Metrovacesa on the Costa del Sol. This development was designed to combine exclusivity, well-being, and a connection with the surroundings in a prime location in Benahavís,” says Nieves Acosta Garcia, Development Manager for Metrovacesa’s Eastern Andalusia branch.

A residential project designed to let you enjoy the surroundings

Located just a few minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús, Tiara sits on a hill overlooking the Valle del Golf, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Marbella Bay, and La Concha Mountain.

The development consists of 56 three- and four-bedroom homes spread across seven buildings, with only two units per floor—a layout that enhances the privacy and exclusivity of the residential complex.

All the homes have been designed to maximize space, natural light, and a connection to the outdoors, featuring large terraces with ocean views and an architectural style intended to blend seamlessly into the natural landscape of the Costa del Sol.

The architectural design of Tiara was developed by Archs&Graphs Estudio de Arquitectura, led by José Antonio Ruiz Jiménez, whose design concept focuses on harmonious integration with the surroundings, enhancing the views, natural light, and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Wellness, leisure, and services in an exclusive setting

Tiara features a wide range of common areas designed to promote residents’ well-being and leisure. Highlights include three swimming pools—including an indoor pool—a spa, a fully equipped gym, a coworking space, and terraced gardens integrated throughout the residential complex.

In addition, the project is located in one of the most established residential areas on the Costa del Sol, surrounded by some of the region’s top golf courses and close to a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

The Costa del Sol remains a dynamic residential market

The granting of the building permit for Tiara comes amid high residential demand in the province of Málaga, one of Spain’s most dynamic real estate markets. According to the latest analysis by Metrovacesa R3search, the province has gained more than 18,000 residents in the past year, and international demand now accounts for 38% of home sales, contributing to sustained pressure on a market that faces a shortage of nearly 12,800 homes.

In this context, Marbella continues to establish itself as one of the leading residential destinations on the Costa del Sol. The municipality has an average sale price of €6,680 per square meter, which exceeds €7,300 per square meter for new construction, while sales increased by 5.1% year-over-year during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting the strength of both domestic and international demand. In this environment, Tiara is helping to expand the supply of high-quality housing in one of Spain’s most attractive residential markets.
