Granada, May 11, 2026. Metrovacesa, one of the leading real estate developers in Spain, has completed the construction of Alma F1, a new residential project in Granada that has involved an investment of 16.5 million euros. The development comprises 59 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and is now in its final marketing phase, with the last units on sale. Among them are the penthouses, homes specially designed to enjoy large terraces and privileged views.
The project is located between Ribera del Beiro, Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas and the San Francisco Javier neighborhood. The development is located in an area well connected to schools, hospitals, stores, public transport and main urban connections, consolidating itself as a new residential proposal within a new urban axis of the capital of Granada.
“With Alma F1 we culminate a project designed to respond to the new residential needs, combining functionality, sustainability and common spaces designed for the daily life of residents,” said Nieves Acosta Garcia, Manager of Developments of Eastern Andalusia in Metrovacesa.
Housing and common spaces designed for day-to-day use
Alma F1 offers 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes with terrace, garage and storage room, as well as first floor apartments with garden and penthouses with large terraces. The design of the project has prioritized luminosity, space utilization and functionality of the interior distributions.
The architectural project has been developed by Antonio Luis Arquitectos, an architectural firm from Granada, whose proposal has opted for a harmonious integration of the building in the urban environment and for a contemporary design focused on the functionality and luminosity of the dwellings.
The development also incorporates common areas designed for the coexistence and daily use of the residents, including a communal swimming pool, garden areas, a children’s area and a gourmet room for meetings and gatherings.
Design, comfort and energy efficiency
The homes have been developed with construction solutions focused on thermal and acoustic comfort, incorporating high-performance materials and efficient air conditioning and domestic hot water production systems using aerothermal energy.
The project has also been awarded the Green Seal of sustainability and has been designed in accordance with Metrovacesa’s Domum Commitment, which focuses on quality, sustainability and health criteria. Among other measures, Alma F1 incorporates reinforced insulation, controlled ventilation, use of renewable energies and solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and the building’s environmental footprint.
With Alma F1, Metrovacesa continues to strengthen its commitment to the development of sustainable residential projects adapted to the new ways of living, combining design, efficiency and construction quality in Granada.
