Seville, 24 January 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun marketing a new project of single-family homes in the Isla Natura – Palmas Altas neighbourhood in Seville. This is Villas del Tíber, a development comprising 31 3- and 4-bedroom homes of different types, all with two parking spaces.
Metrovacesa has designed this project with the highest standards of sustainability and design. In this sense, the development is developed in four rows, with all the homes having a double orientation and façade, favouring cross ventilation and sunlight. The communal areas are located in the central area of the plot, and between the two rows closest to the Guadaira River are the different swimming pools, for adults and children, with landscaped areas for exclusive enjoyment. The development also has a bicycle parking area and all the homes have private terraces and solariums.

This project is located in Isla Natura – Palmas Altas, a sustainable neighbourhood that stands out for its location and connections to the centre of Seville. The sector will have 180,000 m2 and spacious parks and gardens, more than 4,200 trees and educational, sports and social facilities. In addition, 42,900 m2 will be allocated to educational centres, more than 24,000 m2 to sports use and more than 13,300 m2 to other uses of public and social interest (SIPS) with quality facilities. To promote sustainable mobility and reduce the emission of polluting gases, major improvements will be implemented: wide pedestrian streets, an extensive network of cycle lanes, environmentally sensitive facilities and acoustically attenuated road surfaces. Also noteworthy is the proximity of these homes to the Lagoh shopping centre and the future City of Justice.

For the development of this new project in Seville, the company will make an investment of 10.9 million euros, thus highlighting its firm commitment to Seville, where the company has a total of 10 active projects in response to the demand for new residential construction in Seville, which has been increasing in recent years. This project represents a further step in Metrovacesa’s commitment to the province, where the developer has a portfolio of more than 600 homes, which stand out for the quality of their finishes, spacious communal areas and their location in new green areas of the city.
