Cordoba, 13 February 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has obtained planning permission for its Metropolitan project, one of its flagship developments in the city of Cordoba, where it currently has 3 projects underway. The company has already begun construction work on this project, and the first homes are expected to be delivered by the end of 2024. Located in a consolidated area of the city, the company will make an investment of 12.8 million euros for the development of this residential complex.

The complex is made up of 60 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms starting at 76 square metres. This development is designed for the use and enjoyment of the whole family and will have a children’s play area, swimming pools, landscaped areas, as well as large terraces and private gardens in some of the homes. In addition, this project, which will be built in two separate buildings, will have 73 parking spaces and 62 storage rooms.

The design of the development stands out for its avant-garde style, adapted to market demands, and has been designed to make the most of its orientation and panoramic views of the mountains, which further enhance its architecture.

The development also stands out for its good connections with the centre of the city of Cordoba and for having all kinds of services in the surrounding area. Specifically, these homes are located close to the El Corte Inglés shopping centre, as well as various sports, leisure and educational centres.

Metrovacesa also continues to highlight its commitment to Andalusia, where it has close to 3,000 units under development. In addition, the developer has for years maintained a great responsibility to the city of Cordoba, where it currently has around 400 homes in various phases (delivered, under construction and being marketed).
