Metrovacesa obtains building permit for Abril, its new residential development in Casares, Malaga.

• The residential complex has 65 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, and offers communal areas for leisure and enjoyment such as an infinity pool with beach, gym, spa, zen and calisthenics area, gazebo and landscaped areas.

Malaga, 20th November 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 developments under development nationwide, obtains the building permit for Abril, a multi-family development in Casares, Malaga. For the development of the project, the developer estimates an investment of 18.3 million euros.
