Palma de Mallorca, 07 May 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 115 projects under development nationwide, has obtained the building permit for Aire de Llevant, its new multi-family housing development located in one of the best areas of Palma de Mallorca. The project will involve an investment of 34.4 million euros.
Located just ten minutes’ walk from the Nautical Port, the Paseo Marítimo and Portixol Beach, Aire de Llevant will offer 99 homes with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, with surface areas of between 58 and 176 square metres. All of them have been designed to maximise comfort and functionality, with luminous rooms, spacious terraces and a careful distribution. The complex will also have a communal swimming pool and garden areas.
Commitment to sustainability and innovation
Aire de Llevant has been conceived under the highest standards of sustainability. All the homes will have an A energy rating both in terms of consumption and emissions, and have been designed with efficiency and environmental respect criteria. The project complies with Metrovacesa’s Domum standard, as well as with the requirements of the Green Seal and the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), reaffirming its commitment to responsible building.
The design, signed by the SCT Arquitectos studio, achieves a harmonious integration with the urban environment, while incorporating advanced construction solutions to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality. These characteristics position Aire de Llevant as a model of eco-efficient housing adapted to the needs of a modern city.
