Seville, 25 March 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, will once again participate in the most important real estate event in Seville, Welcome Home, which will take place on 24 and 25 March at the NH Collection Hotel in the city.

On this occasion, the company will be present at the event with 7 developments and will unveil its two new launches in the city of Seville: Residencial Himalaya and Residencial Teide. Both projects, which have just been launched on the market, are in addition to the 4 active developments in the Palmas Altas – Isla Natura neighbourhood, which began to be marketed a few months ago.

Projects in Palmas Altas – Isla Natura:

  • Residencial Himalaya: this is a new residential complex of 108 new-build homes with between 2 and 4 bedrooms with garage space and storage room. The building, which has recently started to be marketed, has been designed as a ground floor plus five storeys, with ample spaces and communal facilities such as gardens and swimming pool. In addition, the sustainable component of this development stands out, approved with the GBCe Green Seal. These homes will have large terraces, gardens and private solariums. With the aim of offering the best service to the client, Metrovacesa allows the personalisation of different details to the client’s taste for these homes.

Spacious rooms, communal swimming pool, large garden areas, two parking spaces next to the property, home automation and fully fitted kitchen. It boasts the best facilities, qualities and contemporary architectural design.

The project will have ground floor and five upper floors, all of them with private terraces and solariums, as well as being able to enjoy communal garden areas and swimming pool.

The homes will have between 1 and 4 bedrooms and will have large terraces and the possibility of a parking space, as well as a communal swimming pool.
  • Residencial Mont Blanc: this is one of the largest residential complexes currently being developed in the Palmas Altas sector. The project, made up of 108 homes, will have two homes per floor for maximum privacy and has been designed in a U-shape. It will be equipped with communal gardens and swimming pools, as well as private gardens and solariums in some of the homes. The development is currently being marketed.

Project in Entrenúcleos:

Residencial Hespérides II: located in Entrenúcleos, the area currently undergoing the greatest expansion between Seville and Dos Hermanas. This is a complex of 100 multi-family dwellings with 1 to 4 bedrooms, garage and storage room. Like Phase I of this project, the homes are distributed in two blocks of nine floors each, with large terraces and communal areas with two swimming pools, gardens, children’s play area and car park. A few days ago, the developer began work on this project, for which Metrovacesa has earmarked an investment of 15 million euros. The works are scheduled for completion in 2023.

By participating in this annual event, Metrovacesa continues to highlight its strong commitment to Seville and the entire Andalusian community, a region that occupies an important place in its strategic plans. The developer currently has 9 active developments with a total offer of more than 730 new homes, through which it aims to respond to the demand for new housing in the region.

Firm commitment to Seville

In recent years, the company has demonstrated its strong commitment to the city, especially through the development of Isla Natura – Palmas Altas, a project in which the company will invest 400 million euros with the aim of improving the supply of new housing in the city and promoting the development and environmental regeneration of this area.

Specifically, the development of 2,870 homes is planned, of which 1,232 will be subsidised housing. Metrovacesa, for its part, will develop 1,900 homes of the total, after transferring the remaining homes to the Seville City Council. This represents the largest residential development in the south of Seville and the opportunity to create a modern infrastructure for the city, where avant-garde design will coexist with natural beauty in a unique setting.

Isla Natura will be a sustainable neighbourhood comprising more than 67 hectares in a new sector in the south of the city of Seville, located next to Los Bermejales, on the left bank of the Guadaira River, part of the city’s future green ring, as well as next to the Port, the Lagoh shopping centre and the future City of Justice. The new neighbourhood will have green spaces of more than 180,000 m2 that will provide a new green lung for the city, with the planting of more than 4,247 trees. In addition, 42,900 m2 will be used for educational centres, more than 24,000 m2 for sports use and more than 13,300 m2 for other uses of public and social interest (SIPS) with quality facilities. In addition, more than 42,300 m2 of land for tertiary use completes the offer of urban uses.

Metrovacesa has already successfully started marketing different developments in the Palmas Altas area, such as Residencial Mulhacén, with 46 multi-family homes; Residencial Montblanc, comprising 108 multi-family homes; Villas del Nilo, with 33 semi-detached and terraced single-family homes; and Residencial Kilimanjaro, with 108 new homes. Now, the two new projects presented at Welcome Home, Residencial Himalaya with 108 homes and Residencial Teide, a set of 46 new-build units, have been added.
