Metrovacesa promotes its Atria development in La Alcaidesa with an investment of over €54 million

Cadiz, 7 January 2026. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading property developer with over a century of history, is launching the second phase of its Atria development in La Alcaidesa, Cadiz. The first phase, which has just begun construction, and the second phase, which is now being marketed, comprise a total of 144 multi-family homes, with a total investment of more than €54 million, divided between €27.8 million for Phase 1 and €26.9 million for Phase 2.
Atria has been conceived with a contemporary design focused on comfort and quality of life. The two- and three-bedroom homes have floor areas starting at 135.3 square metres, including terraces and common areas, and come with a parking space and storage room. In addition, the complex includes large common areas with swimming pools, a spa, a gym, coworking spaces, children’s areas, sports facilities and gardens, offering a complete lifestyle for its residents.

It also has the Green Seal, which certifies environmentally friendly construction, the use of ecological materials and efficient resource utilisation systems.
