Madrid, 22 February, 2019. Metrovacesa, the leading Spanish property developer, is presenting at the fifth Welcome Home Sevilla exhibition, one of the biggest property fairs in Andalusia and certainly the city’s most extensive. The company will showcase four new-build developments, totalling 380 homes throughout the provinces of Seville and Cadiz. All the homes have been designed in line with Metrovacesa’s philosophy which highlights their quality, exclusive design and comfort, as well as meeting the strictest sustainability and innovation standards.

The exhibition, which opens today and will be receiving visitors until Saturday 23rd, will allow visitors to see Metrovacesa’s new developments in these two regions.

Of the four projects, two of them are in the province of Seville:

  • Residencial Hespérides: located in Entrenúcleos, the area undergoing the greatest expansion currently, between Seville and Dos Hermanas. This is a complex of 143 homes with between one and four bedrooms, in a multi-family block that also have terraces, storage rooms and two floors of parking. A salt-water pool, landscaped spaces, sports courts and a children’s play area complete the complex.
  • Pórtico de Simón Verde: in Valparaíso (San Juan de Aznalfarache), is only five minutes from the capital, Seville. 78 multi-family homes make up this project, with between two and four bedrooms, with terraces and ground-floor apartments with a private garden. They have private garages and offer the possibility of a store room. In addition, Pórtico de Simón Verde has plenty of communal areas that have pools, playgrounds and green spaces.

The other two projects are in the municipality of Rota, in the province of Cadiz:

  • Pier One complex : made up of 79 homes with duplexes and penthouses of one to three bedrooms. The development mixes modernity, design and functionality and offers private garages and store rooms as wells as a communal swimming pool and landscaped areas.
  • Residencial Punta Terraces: situated in an unrivalled space on the Punta Candor beach, considered one of the best beaches in Andalusia and the Costa de la Luz. It has 80 homes with one to three bedrooms, penthouses with spacious terraces offering unique views and parking. Three buildings make up the development, with spacious communal areas with an adults’ swimming pool, a children’s pool, a paddle tennis court and landscaped areas.

All the projects are in fashionable locations with excellent road and public transport links. They also have all manner of services nearby, such as schools, health centres and shops.

Antonio Gil, Metrovacesa’s Regional Director for western Andalusia, says: “Taking part in the Welcome Home Sevilla exhibition is a unique opportunity to offer a quality response to the different housing needs in Seville and Cadiz, two strategic areas of Andalusia, which are growing exponentially and which Metrovacesa is firmly committed to.”
