Metrovacesa starts commercialisation of AELIA, its fourth development in the city of Alicante

Alicante, 30 November 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and 120 projects under development in Spain,  begins the marketing of its new AELIA development, a new build project located in the Benalúa neighbourhood in which it plans to invest 13.2 million euros.
