Metrovacesa starts commercialisation of Abelia, its fourth development in the city of Alicante

Alicante, 30 November 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and 120 projects under development in Spain,  begins the marketing of its new Abelia development, a new build project located in the Benalúa neighbourhood in which it plans to invest 13.2 million euros. The developer continues its firm commitment to the region with this project, its fourth development in the city of Alicante in recent years and the third in the Benlúa Sur area, which has a privileged location close to the busiest areas of the city, such as the Ensanche or Avenida Maisonnave, with good connections, as well as a wide range of schools and institutes, as well as shops and services.
