Metrovacesa starts commercialisation of Calma Mijas, 48 multi-family homes with sea views

Malaga, 20 June 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, opens Calma Mijas, 48 multi-family homes with two and three bedrooms in Cala de Mijas. A development just a few minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, for which the developer anticipates an investment of 13.3 million euros.

On this occasion, for the design of this development, Metrovacesa has entrusted MAD Arquitectura, a Malaga studio with more than 20 years of experience in the execution of new construction projects and winners of the 2018 Architecture Award for the best work carried out in Malaga in the last decade.
