Metrovacesa starts construction work on Gasómetro, its new development in Terrassa

Barcelona, 23 January 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 projects under development nationwide, has begun work on Gasómetro, its new development in the Segle XX neighbourhood of Terrassa, in Barcelona. This project comprises two buildings with a total of 97 homes – one of 58 and the other of 39 – offering a modern and sustainable residential experience with an investment of approximately 24 million euros.

The development, designed by Farrés Frías, offers homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, distributed over four floors (ground floor + 4), designed to optimise comfort and quality of life. All the homes have private terraces, garages and storage rooms, and stand out for their careful selection of materials and layouts that enhance the warmth of the interior spaces.

In addition, the building of 39 homes includes an exclusive communal area with swimming pool, ideal for leisure and relaxation for residents.
