Metrovacesa starts marketing Medblue 4, its new residential project in Marbella
  • The development, located in the upper part of Los Monteros, will involve a total investment of 26.3 million euros.

Málaga, June 3, 2026. Metrovacesa, one of the leading real estate developers in Spain, with more than one hundred years of history, has started the commercialization of Medblue 4, a new residential project located in the upper part of Los Monteros, in Marbella. The development, which will involve a total investment of 26.3 million euros, consists of 59 apartments and duplex penthouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms distributed in three contemporary design blocks.

Located just 10 minutes from some of the main beaches of Marbella, as well as shopping areas, restaurants and services, Medblue 4 has been designed by the TAU 2000, SLP studio and is committed to a contemporary architecture integrated into the environment. The project seeks to take advantage of the luminosity, the sea views and the relationship between interior and exterior through homes with large terraces and distributions oriented to everyday comfort.

The development will have fully equipped kitchens, parking spaces and storage rooms, as well as common areas designed for the well-being and leisure of the residents. A project that responds to the residential dynamism of the Costa del Sol

The launch of Medblue 4 takes place in a context of high residential demand in the province of Malaga, one of the most dynamic markets in Spain thanks to its ability to attract both national and international residents.

Despite the recovery in development activity, supply is still insufficient to meet the growth in demand. Between 2021 and 2025, 55k new homes have been created in the province, while new building approvals have barely reached 42k homes, generating an accumulated deficit of 12k homes. This structural imbalance between supply and demand continues to put pressure on prices and highlights the need to continue to increase residential production over the next few years to reduce the existing deficit.

In this context, Medblue 4 expands the residential offer available in Marbella with a proposal that combines location, contemporary design, sustainability and services associated with residential wellness on the Costa del Sol.
