Metrovacesa, one of the leading real estate developers in Spain, with more than 100 years of history, has started the commercialization of Residencial Erithea Phase 2a new development in Dos Hermanas, located next to Montequinto, on Avenida José Rodríguez de la Borbolla, which will involve a total investment of 18.97 million euros.
The project, which follows on from the success of the first phase, expands the supply of new housing in one of the most dynamic residential areas of the metropolitan area of Seville, where demand continues to show a high level of activity.
