Metrovacesa starts the commercialization of Residencial Nou Nazhar, its new development in Alicante

Valencia, November 03th, 2022. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has recently started marketing a new project on the coast of Alicante, Residencial Nou Nazhar. The project, for which Metrovacesa is investing 9.8 million euros, will consist of 45 exclusive homes with between one and four bedrooms.
Residencial Nou Nazhar is a differential development that stands out for offering the highest standards of quality and sustainability in its homes. For this reason, it is in the process of obtaining the GBCe Green Seal sustainable certification and CEE A-A high energy efficiency certification, in line with the rest of Metrovacesa’s developments, which allow it to increase energy savings and generate a positive impact on the environment of its developments.
The development consists of multi-family homes with large terraces in all its typologies (first floors with garden, penthouses and high-rise homes), as well as swimming pools for adults and children, green areas and playgrounds for the little ones. In addition, the complex has two commercial premises, parking spaces and storage rooms (including one per home), parking spaces for motorcycles and a parking space for bicycles.
Residencial Nou Nazhar is located in the Partial Plan Nou Nazareth, a privileged location in the municipality of Sant Joan d’Alacant, just 2 km from the beach and 15 minutes from the center of the city of Alicante. The complex enjoys good communications with public transport and is located next to the main accesses to and from the city via the N-332, the A-7 freeway and the A-70 ring road, which connects directly with the El Altet airport.
