Metrovacesa starts work on Aire de Llevant: a development of 99 homes by the sea in Palma De Mallorca

Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than 100 years of history, has begun work on Aire de Llevant, its new residential development in one of the fastest growing areas of Palma de Mallorca. With an investment of 34.4 million euros, the project is already in the execution phase, and the construction work has been awarded to the construction company Ferrovial.
Aire de Llevant will include 99 multi-family dwellings of between 1 and 4 bedrooms, with surface areas ranging from 58 to 176 square metres. The homes have been designed to maximise comfort and functionality, with spacious rooms, terraces and a layout that takes advantage of the Mediterranean orientation. The complex will have a communal swimming pool, landscaped areas and finishes that reflect the Metrovacesa standard of quality.
Commitment to sustainability and innovation
Aire de Llevant has been developed under sustainability and energy efficiency standards. All the homes will have an A energy rating both in terms of consumption and emissions, and have been designed with efficiency and environmental respect criteria. The project complies with Metrovacesa’s Domum standard, as well as with the requirements of the Green Seal and the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
The architectural design, developed by the SCT Arquitectos studio, seeks integration with the urban environment of Palma, incorporating constructive solutions to optimise energy efficiency and indoor air quality. These technical and aesthetic characteristics position Aire de Llevant as a model of eco-efficient housing adapted to the needs of a modern city.
