Metrovacesa starts work on the last phase of the Imspira Residential complex in Lleida Capital

• For this new project, the company has earmarked an investment of 15.9 million euros.

Lleida, January 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and more than 100 projects nationwide, begins construction work on Imspira Phase 3, its development in the city of Lleida, in Parc de l’Aigua. With this last phase, the developer completes the construction of the IMSPIRA Residential complex.
This last phase of the complex is made up of 75 homes with between two and four bedrooms, distributed over ground floors with private gardens, standard floors with large terraces and exclusive penthouses, with an investment of 15.9 million euros.

Imspira F3 is located in the residential area of Parc de l’Aigua, 15 minutes from Lleida city centre.
