Metrovacesa, S.A. (hereinafter, METROVACESA) informs you that in relation to the personal data provided by you through the Complaints Channel form, unless it is an anonymous complaint:

1. The data processed will be those identifying, contact, professional activity and any others, included in the complaint or obtained as a result of the processing or investigation thereof.
2. They will be processed by METROVACESA for the purpose of processing the complaints received through the Complaints Channel set up by METROVACESA or by any other appropriate means, in accordance with the provisions of the Policy of the Internal Information and Whistleblower Protection System.
3. The personal data may be transferred to Metrovacesa Group companies if necessary for the investigation, processing and/or resolution of the complaint and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities to learn of possible facts constituting criminal or administrative offenses.
4. The basis of legitimacy is compliance with legal regulations that require METROVACESA to have internal complaint mechanisms in place and to process and investigate such complaints. The data will be retained for the duration of the processing of complaints, and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.
5. You guarantee that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
6. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this Policy and obtained their authorization to provide their data to METROVACESA for the aforementioned purposes.
7. It will be necessary for you to provide, at least, those marked as obligatory, since, if these data considered necessary are not provided, METROVACESA will not be able to process the complaint or communication.
8. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability with respect to your personal data, or to request more information, you can contact our Data Protection Officer by sending a communication with the reference “Data Protection” to C/ Quintanavides, 13, Parque Empresarial Vía Norte, 28050 (Madrid) or to privacidad@metrovacesa.com.
9. In any case, a complaint may be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
