Metrovacesa begins commercialisation of Ancor II, its new development in Tenerife

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 projects under development nationwide, has begun marketing of Ancor II, the second phase of Ancor, a development that has already been completed and delivered. The new residential development is located in the municipality of Arico on the coast of Abades, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with access to sandy beaches and protected by the Punta de Abona. The development has involved an investment of 15.6 million euros.

Metrovacesa’s new residential development offers 66 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, from 72 square metres and located in 9 exterior blocks providing bright homes.
