Metrovacesa begins commercialisation of Residencial Allegro, 110 multi-family homes in Puerto de Sagunto

Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with more than a hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun marketing Residencial Allegro, 110 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms located in Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia. This is a sustainable development that will have the highest energy rating with energy-efficient hot water production systems and photovoltaic solar panels to cover the community’s energy consumption and for the complete development of which the developer plans to invest around 20 million euros.

Metrovacesa has entrusted the Valencian architectural studio ART Arquitectos with the design of Residencial Allegro. In addition, future owners will be able to personalise some areas of the home, such as the bathrooms and the kitchen.

Like the rest of the developments, Residencial Allegro is an example of sustainable construction with an A energy consumption energy rating, A energy rating for emissions (CO2), Green Seal for sustainable building, as well as the DOMUM seal, the developer’s own brand of sustainability. Furthermore, in line with Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability, the development will have solar panels installed to partially cover community consumption, as well as a pre-installation of charging points for electric vehicles.
