Barcelona, 21 January 2026. Metrovacesa, a property developer with over a century of experience in Spain, has officially begun work on Nou Vallparadís, a new development in the Segle XX neighbourhood of Terrassa, next to the iconic Parc de Vallparadís. With a planned investment of €31.7 million, the project consolidates the company’s commitment to sustainable residential development in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
Nou Vallparadís is set to become a benchmark for contemporary housing in Terrassa, with a total of 142 homes, of which 111 are privately rented and 31 are social housing. The development offers 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom properties, all with large outdoor terraces and designed to maximise natural light and connection with the surroundings.
The project has landscaped areas and common spaces that include a communal swimming pool, green areas and children’s play areas, designed to promote coexistence and the well-being of residents.
