Metrovacesa leads building in Valencia and launches three new developments

Madrid, February 04, 2019 Metrovacesa, the leading property developer in Spain, following the objectives set out in its business plan, has launched the sale of three new developments in the province of Valencia: Amura (Valencia capital), Development (Bétera) and Mozart (Sagunto). With this, the company is committed to the urban development of this market with the launch of more than 100 homes in key locations in the Valencian Community.

 

Valencia capital

Metrovacesa has recently started marketing its first development in the city of Valencia: Amura. Specifically, in the Les Moreres neighbourhood, next to the Turia River and the port. The project has 53, 1 to 4-bedroom homes with large terraces and common areas with a swimming pool, playground and garden areas.

It is one of the areas with greater interest and property appeal in the capital, largely through its proximity to the Port and the City of Arts and Sciences. This area is undergoing a complete urban development and work is planned to begin the construction of the new 10 metro line in the coming weeks, a connection that will link the neighbourhood with the city centre. Amura has been developed by the Valencia architectural studio, TCH, which has nearly 30 years’ experience in the sector.

 

Bétera

In Bétera, 25 minutes from Valencia, Metrovacesa has put the Birdie Development on sale, an exclusive complex of 34 independent single-family homes located in the prestigious Torre development, in Conill. As part of its strong commitment to avant-garde design, Metrovacesa will offer the option to choose between four different types of homes, which will be between 160 and 198m2 in size and built on plots between 500 and 670 m2. This exclusive project has been designed by Julio Gómez-Perretta’s renowned architecture team.

 

In that same location, Metrovacesa has now started work on the exclusive development, Villas de la Calderona, in 2018. Located next to the prestigious Escorpión Golf Club, the project consists of 19 independent single-family homes, with 4 and 5 bedrooms ranging in size from 170 to 280 m2. The plots of up to 691 metres will have a garage, pool and garden, in a design by the team of Rafael Selva Ros.

 

Sagunto

Also, in the Puerto de Sagunto area, the Mozart Development is now available. A set of 22 terraced single-family homes, distributed on two floors with 4 bedrooms that have a private garden, garage space, roof terrace, community pool and playground. The complex is located in a privileged location due to its proximity to the beach, just 1 kilometre away, and also close to important commercial establishments and all kinds of services. For the design of this project, the company has relied again on the renowned studio, AiC EQUIP, with its highly prestigious team of Valencia architects.

 

Mozart is a further development in the San José neighbourhood in Sagunto, where Metrovacesa is now selling 100 single-family and multi-family dwellings. The Vivaldi Development was the first phase of the project that now includes the Mozart and Opera Developments, and been recently assigned to Torrescamara. They will begin construction at the start of February.
